Jo Holt is a proven leader in Customer Due Diligence operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Due Diligence & Onboarding at Pleo. With extensive experience in AML processes and risk management, Jo has successfully scaled teams and enhanced operational efficiency in previous roles, including Head of CDD Assurance at Handelsbanken, where the team was expanded from 52 to 180 FTE. Jo's commitment to developing talent and implementing robust governance frameworks has led to significant improvements in quality assurance results and regulatory compliance throughout their career. Prior to that, Jo served as the AML Quality Checking Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, where they managed a team to ensure adherence to Due Diligence Standards.
