Steve 'Buzz' Pearce is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in building and leading design teams across various industries. Currently serving as Fractional VP Design at Pleo and tem, Pearce contributes to product strategy and design functions. In previous roles, including VP Product Design at monday.com and VP Design at TravelPerk, Pearce managed multidisciplinary teams and developed comprehensive design strategies. As a Founding Partner at Future London, Pearce assists in curriculum development for executive programs while also advising Defiant. Previous notable positions include Global Design Director at Skyscanner and VP Design at Checkout.com, where Pearce significantly expanded design capabilities. Educationally, Pearce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic & Interactive Design from Bath Spa University.
