Tim Dumath

Tim Dumath is a seasoned professional in customer success and growth management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Pleo since October 2022. In this role, Tim empowers major customers in the DACH region by serving as a trusted advisor and fostering retention and growth. Prior to Pleo, Tim worked at Bolt as a Customer Success Manager and Growth Manager, where responsibilities included connecting partners and optimizing campaign success, achieving notable revenue increases for clients. Tim also held various positions at Tipser and the s-kon Gruppe, where experiences ranged from growth management to project management and marketing. Tim holds a Master of Science in Digital Business from Jönköping International Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Media Management from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration.
