Tom Rogers is an experienced engineering leader, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Pleo since 2025. They previously held the position of Head of Technology at Save My Exams in 2023 and were a fractional CTO at Roost from 2024 to 2025. Tom co-founded Farewill, where they served as CTO from 2015 to 2019, leading the company until its acquisition by Dignity in 2024. Additionally, they are a mentor at State School Ventures and have held the role of Non Executive Director at Farewill in 2021-2022. Tom earned a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford from 2009 to 2013.
