Yuna Son

Yuna Son is a Senior Program Manager at Pleo, where they lead projects such as a tooling transition from Intercom to FreshWorks. Previously, they served as a Tour Coordinator at Tumlare Corporation, organizing travel logistics for South Korean delegations in Scandinavia. Yuna has also worked as a Digital Design Intern at Penli and held various roles in customer support and operations, including developing KPIs and analyzing customer insights. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in e-Business from Ajou University and degrees in Communication Design and Multimedia Design and Communication from Konkuk University and KEA, respectively.
