Craig Plescia is the founder and sole owner of Plescia Construction & Development, a full-service general contracting firm known for delivering high-quality commercial projects throughout the tri-state area. With years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Craig brings a deep understanding of every facet of the build process—from pre-construction planning and budgeting to field supervision and final closeout. His leadership is rooted in transparency, accountability, and a commitment to getting the job done right, all while fostering long-standing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members alike.

Beyond the jobsite, Craig is a licensed pilot, Everest summiter, skydiver, and avid rock climber. He thrives on pushing his limits, both professionally and personally, and brings that same bold, focused energy to every project he oversees. Craig is also a proud father to Craig III, Elizabeth, and Drew, and works every day to set an example of strength, resilience, and relentless drive—in business and in life.
