Anders Hermansen

Anders Hermansen is a partner in the team for Commercial Real Estate.

Anders advises Danish and foreign clients in M&A transactions with real estate, property development projects and tenancy matters. Anders has considerable experience with all elements of complex real estate transactions, including in particular due diligence studies, preparation and negotiation of transfer documents and execution of closing.

Throughout his career, Anders has advised in some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions, and Anders has, among other things, solid experience with "forward purchasing" transactions, transfer of housing portfolios and logistics facilities as well as transactions with a cross-border element.

In addition, Anders has considerable experience with corporate law matters as well as the preparation, negotiation and conclusion of commercial contracts.

Anders also has international experience from his work for Maersk iUSA.
