Andreas Rye-Andersen

Andreas Rye-Andersen is an Attorney-at-Law and Manager in the dispute resolution department at Plesner since September 2018, specializing in litigation and arbitration. Previously, Andreas served as an Advokat at the University of Copenhagen, teaching obligations law, and completed a traineeship in Corporate M&A at DLA Piper. Experience includes working as an Assistant Attaché at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark where involvement in human rights negotiations at the UN took place. Andreas has also participated in the Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition, winning an "Excellent Oral Plea" award, and gained legal experience in various capacities, including refugee law, during studies at Aarhus University where both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Science in Law were obtained. Early employment includes roles in customer service and as a royal guard for the Queen of Denmark, contributing to strong interpersonal skills and a sense of duty.
