Emil Deleuran

Emil Deleuran is a partner in our banking and finance team.

Emil is particularly involved in financial regulation and advises in this connection in particular banks, asset managers, pension funds and mutual funds. Emil's experiences include special advice on complex transactions and contract structures involving cross-border aspects.

In addition, Emil has worked with several investigations of financial companies and has extensive experience in assisting in the handling of government cases and in cases of financial law violations as well as damages and management liability cases.

Emil also assists ongoing clients with important projects such as establishing financial companies and investment funds (AIFs and UCITS), buying and selling financial companies, major organizational changes or restructuring, and implementation projects related to new financial legislation.

Emil also has extensive experience in negotiating agreements related to derivatives and commodity trading (especially natural gas, electricity and oil).

In 2016, Emil was selected by Berlingske Business as one of the 100 biggest young talents from Danish business in their annual "Talent 100" edition.
