Frederik Leth Keller

Frederik deals with contract law issues on a daily basis, particularly in the areas of construction, infrastructure and energy, where he assists both medium-sized and large, national and international clients with ongoing advice and resolution of disputes.

Frederik is also part of Plesner's Energy & Infrastructure team, which meets weekly and keeps up-to-date on both commercial and legal matters within the relevant sectors, and which annually facilitates ongoing network meetings for the industry's actors to focus on and discuss current themes, that moves in the market.

From his previous work as an in-house lawyer at MT Højgaard, Frederik has gained special commercial-legal experience within the construction sector, where for more than 2 years he has dealt with everything from negotiation and management of construction contracts to handling and resolution of contract law disputes.

In addition to his employment as a lawyer, Frederik has also had the opportunity to maintain and strengthen his academic skills, as he takes part in the research project "Digital Enterprise Law" at the University of Copenhagen in the period 2018-2020.
