Jonathan Jordan

Jonathan advises clients within the financial sector, including banks, asset managers and funds, and providers of payment services (fintech) with a focus on financial regulation, authority handling and supervisory investigations, cross-border activities, securities trading and capital market relations.

In addition, Jonathan has experience in negotiating derivatives and commodity contracts.

For more than 10 years, Jonathan has worked as an in-house lawyer in several major financial companies in London, in particular Barclays and UBS, and in this connection Jonathan has gained special insight into the operations and organizational requirements of financial institutions.

Jonathan was educated in England and is qualified as a lawyer in England and Denmark.
