Kasper Frahm

Kasper Frahm is the leader of our brand and design team.

Kasper's primary areas of work are trademarks, copyrights and product imitations. Kasper advises both Danish and foreign clients with a particular focus on the enforcement of intellectual property rights in litigation, including temporary bans and proof of evidence. He also has considerable experience in portfolio work on trademarks and designs.

Kasper has written several articles on IP law and gives lectures in both Denmark and abroad on IP rights. He holds an LL.M. specializing in IP law from King's College London and he is a member of the European Trade Mark Law and Practice Team in MARQUES.
