Peter Bang

Peter Bang has significant experience in all aspects of conflict resolution and regularly meets in court in litigation cases in a wide range of areas.

Over the years, Peter has worked extensively on insolvency law, both as a trustee and as an adviser, but also in the conduct of a large number of litigation, particularly in the case of repeal and management responsibility.

Peter obtained the seat of the Supreme Court in 2001 and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2003. He also deals extensively with arbitration, both as a lawyer and frequently used arbitrator in Danish and international arbitration cases.

He has significant experience in litigation on accountant and attorney responsibilities and also deals with business and criminal justice.

Peter is a Certified Arbitrator and Certified Procedural Attorney. Peter has also for a number of years served as an external lecturer in the course Proven Law at the law degree program at the University of Copenhagen and is the author of a number of articles in the Journal of Justice, the Lawyer, the Commercial Law Journal etc. and co-author of the commented money laundering law (2020).

As a Colonel of the Air Force Reserve, Peter has gained extensive management experience, including as squadron commander, and has undergone a number of management training.

Peter Bang has board experience from various limited companies and is a member of the board of the Legal Association.
