Peter E. Stassen

Peter E. Stassen is a partner in the team for EU and Competition Law.

Peter deals with advice in both Danish and EU competitive law, procurement law, state aid law and other EU legal matters. Peter advises on all matters within competition law, including particularly e.gusion control and M&A-related competition law.

Peter has extensive experience in advising on tender law issues, and he advises both suppliers and contracting authorities in all phases of a public tender - both in the form of strategic advice in connection with the authority's preparation and implementation of a tender, the supplier's preparation of an offer and the subsequent enforcement of the procurement rules by the courts and/or the Appeal Board for Tenders.

Peter has experience with consulting for a wide range of industries, but has particular experience with pharma and medicoindustrien, large public infrastructure projects and - from postings to DONG Energy's legal department for a total of 13 months in 2011 and 2013 - the energy area, including the construction of large wind farms.
