Peter Fogh

Peter Fogh is a partner in our Dispute Resolution team and leads litigation for all Danish courts as well as Danish and foreign arbitration courts. Peter's field of work includes both contractual and general contract law disputes, and he has particular expertise in advising on cases involving international legal aspects.

Peter advises both Danish and foreign clients. has been involved in cases concerning the largest construction and civil engineering projects in Denmark for the past 20 years, including the Great Belt Bridge, the Øresund Link and the Metro projects in Copenhagen.

In addition, Peter has extensive experience in advising Danish and foreign clients on ship financing and other forms of project financing.

Peter is a trained mediator and arbitrator. He is continuously appointed as arbitrator in both Danish and international arbitration cases.

In addition, in 2015, Peter was elected chairman of the Bar Council for a four-year term and re-elected for a two-year term in 2019.
