Sarah Schæffer

Sarah is a partner in the Dispute Resolution team with a particular focus on civil and commercial criminal law disputes within organizational and management liability.

Sarah has a central role in Plesner's team within commercial criminal law and investigations and works continuously with the strengthening of these business areas in Plesner. Sarah assists clients as a representative in connection with authority cases, including in connection with searches and police investigations, just as she provides defense assistance in criminal cases before the courts. Sarah also has experience with the organization and implementation of a number of major legal investigations and internal investigations in various areas of law.

Sarah deals in parallel with civil compensation cases about, among other things, organizational and management responsibility, professional responsibility and product and business responsibility. In this connection, Sarah has acquired in-depth experience in handling larger case complexes, which ensures safe and efficient project management for the clients.
