Torben Bondrop

Torben Bondrop is one of Denmark's leading lawyers in litigation. Torben has a unique track record as a litigator and has won 11 consecutive cases in the Supreme Court.

Torben has been sitting before the Supreme Court for over 20 years, and he is also an educated arbitrator. His high success rate and extensive procedural experience make him in demand among Danish and international companies, and he leads litigation and arbitration in a variety of jurisdictions.

Torben also specializes in insurance and pension law, but in addition to the classic insurance law he has dealt with advisers' liability, management responsibility, product liability, business responsibility and reinsurance, and in this connection he has led a large number of litigation and arbitration cases within all these areas.
