Raja Sundaram

Raja Sundaram has a long history of working in the technology industry. Raja began their career in 1995 as an Internetworking Engineer at Cisco Systems, where they helped customers with optimized network design of their network and addressed large customer IP Routing issues. In this role, they helped redesign EIGRP and published a paper titled "Enhancements to EIGRP". Raja then moved up to Senior Manager of Internetworking Services before taking on the role of Director of Direct Sales and Strategic Marketing. In this role, they turned around a loss-making professional services business unit by launching a new professional services portfolio across the network lifecycle. Raja then moved up to Director of Portfolio Management and Large Deal Sales, where they increased revenue by $100M by creating a ‘big deals’ group to address complex opportunities. Raja then took on the role of Senior Director of Worldwide Channel Sales, where they were accountable for $4B in channel sales and reshaped programs and sales engagement models. Raja then moved up to Senior Director of Product Management and Business Development, where they generated $400M of revenue via business solutions. Raja then took on the role of Vice President of Digital Solutions Sales, Channels, and Alliances, where they reshaped a complex, multi-channel, multi-segment go-to-market and programs for a broad portfolio.

In 2015, Raja became an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Blink Charging, where they created board strategies to scale up location-enabled end-user services. In 2018, they became a Corporate Strategic Advisor on Sales/Channel/Alliance go-to-market strategies at Eseye, where they enabled the leadership team on go-to-market strategic partnerships to scale the Managed Services Platform and AnyNet technology. That same year, they became a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2016, Raja became the Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Alliances at Hyperloop One, where they designed an innovative partner ecosystem to make the next mode of transportation a reality. In 2021, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors at Active Cypher and an Advisor/Champion at Excelerate. Raja is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Plethy, Inc, where they are working to support patients’ recovery at-home between clinic visits and deliver quality outcomes.

Raja Sundaram holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
