Eric Downs

Eric Downs, PMP, currently serves as a Program Integrator at PLEX Solutions, LLC, since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Workforce & Training Director at Cyber National Mission Force, Cyber Strike Activity SIXTY-THREE (CSA-63) from March 2018 to March 2021, and multiple positions such as Project Manager, Technical Director, and Collection Manager on the USS Monterey (CG-61) between September 2014 and March 2018. Eric also held the positions of Program Manager, Mission Director, and Training Officer at the Misawa Security Operations Center from November 2011 to September 2014, and was a Curriculum Manager, Instructor, Access Sponsor, and Geospatial Analyst at the National Cryptologic School from September 2007 to November 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
