John Delaere

John DeLaere is a seasoned Systems Engineer and Cyber Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in both military and civilian roles. Currently, John holds a position at PLEX Solutions, LLC since July 2016, previously contributing to Varen Technologies and US Fleet Cyber Command / US TENTH Fleet as a Systems Engineer and Operational Planning Division Chief, respectively. John's military career includes significant leadership roles, such as Effects Assessment Branch Chief at CJTF-HOA and Operational Planning Branch Chief at USSTRATCOM, where John managed teams to support global cyberspace operations. An alumnus of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, John brings a strong educational foundation to their expertise in operational planning and strategic military operations.
