Kristopher Balcom

Kristopher Balcom is a seasoned System Engineer at PLEX Solutions, LLC since January 2019, previously serving as a System Design Engineer at KAB Labs. With extensive experience in the US Navy from February 2002 to April 2018, Kristopher held various roles including Action Officer for the Maritime Surveillance Program, Direct Support Officer, Lead Instructor/Senior Enlisted Leader, Operations Supervisor, and Senior SIGINT Analyst at the National Security Agency. Notably, as Deputy Director of a Joint Operational Unit, Kristopher oversaw a $60M program while leading SIGINT and Cyber operations. Academic qualifications include a BA in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College and an AA in General Studies from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
