Steve Campbell

Steve Campbell has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Steve worked as the Chief Information Security Officer at PLEX Solutions, LLC from February 2017 to present. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Corporate IT Manager at Varen Technologies from January 2012 to February 2017. Steve also held the position of Senior Consultant at Varen Technologies from November 2006 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Data Management Group from 2003 to 2006, and as a Tech Support at Freedom Group from 2000 to 2003.

Steve Campbell has a diverse education history spanning several years. Steve began their educational journey at Davenport West High School, where they completed their high school education between 1990 and 1994.

After high school, Steve attended The Catholic University of America from 2004 to 2006, where they attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems.

Following their undergraduate studies, Steve pursued further education at Iowa State University from 2007 to 2010, earning a Master of Arts degree in Information Assurance.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Steve attended George Mason University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Information Systems Security.

In 2016, Steve enrolled in Iowa State University once again, this time to pursue a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction. Steve completed this program in 2018.
