Akash then went on to work as a Client Success Manager at Biz Connect, where they provided Marketing and Sales as a Service to B2B and B2C clients. After that, they served as a Client Success Manager at Promo Exhibition Solutions LLC, focusing on the Indian market and providing exhibition, retail promotion, and event services. Akash then joined Clarion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Executive, where they handled end-to-end recruitment and gained experience in hiring for niche skills.
