Austin Smith's work experience includes:

1. Software Engineer at Plex, by Rockwell Automation (2023-present).

2. Application Developer - Advanced at Physicians Health Plan (Michigan) (2022-2023). In this role, they completed sprint tasks using C# and SQL, served as a technical lead for go-live support on a system upgrade, and provided tier 1 support for incidents.
