Ben Bird

Ben Bird has extensive experience in various IT roles. Ben currently works as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Plex, by Rockwell Automation since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of IT at TAKTL, LLC from April 2017 to July 2022, where they were responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of information technology across multiple departments. Before that, they worked at Aquion Energy from January 2016 to March 2017 as an IT Manager and as an Enterprise Architect from October 2014 to December 2015. In these roles, they led teams, executed system integrations, and championed the adoption of various software platforms. Earlier in their career, they were a Sr. Systems Analyst at Dick's Sporting Goods from April 2005 to October 2014, where they led a program to deploy Microsoft collaboration platforms company-wide.

Ben Bird received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Production Management from Dickinson College, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology at Arizona State University.
