Brodie Gilchrist has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2005, they worked as a Constituent Services Assistant in the United States Senate. Brodie then moved on to the Michigan Department of Civil Rights in the same year, where they served as an Executive Assistant. In 2006, they worked as a Communications Assistant for both Stabenow for Senate and the United States Senate. In 2010, Brodie worked as a Communications Assistant for Representative Gary C. Peters in the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2011, they joined Apple as a Genius Bar Administrator and stayed with the company until 2017. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Manager at Ascension Brewing Co, where they built the business from scratch, implemented policies, and hired staff. Finally, in 2017, Brodie joined Plex, by Rockwell Automation, initially as a Technical Support Representative, then as a Technical Account Manager, and eventually as a Senior Technical Account Manager.
Brodie Gilchrist obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy, as well as Social Relations and Social Policy from Michigan State University - James Madison College of Political Science. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Theory at Boston College - Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
