Dan Januszek

Dan Januszek is an experienced professional specializing in manufacturing operations and shop floor efficiency. Currently serving as a Delivery Executive at Plex Systems, Inc. since April 2022, Januszek focuses on manufacturing execution systems (MES). Previously, as Manufacturing Operations Manager at JR Automation, Januszek managed a significant expansion involving three buildings and oversaw operations during substantial growth. At MFC Netform Inc., Januszek held the role of General Manager, where responsibility included maintaining profitability amid lower sales, as well as integrating a cloud-based ERP system that earned a Plex Impact Award. Earlier positions included Quality Manager at Su-dan Corporation and Transform Automotive, where Januszek enhanced quality and systems performance in multi-plant environments. Januszek holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kettering University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
