Dustin McDonald

Dustin McDonald has significant work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Dustin currently holds the position of Sr. Customer Success Manager at Plex, by Rockwell Automation, beginning in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Shiloh Industries from 2018 to 2023 as the ERP Implementation Operations Lead, where they were responsible for successfully implementing Plex in ten manufacturing facilities. Dustin also served as Plant Manager at Shiloh Industries from 2013 to 2018, overseeing various operations related to lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions for automotive and industrial markets. Before joining Shiloh Industries, Dustin worked at Contech Castings LLC as Plant Manager and Engineering & Quality Manager from 2007 to 2013. Dustin also had a role of Quality Manager at SPX Contech Metal Forge from 2006 to 2007 and Quality Engineer at SPX Contech/Metal Forge from 2004 to 2006.

Dustin McDonald has a strong educational background in the field of Manufacturing Engineering. Dustin first attended Kettering University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering. During this time, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in the same field. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Dustin pursued higher education at Kettering University, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
