Eric Strong

Manager, Customer Success at Plex Systems

Eric Strong began their work experience at Hospira in 2005 as a Software Sales Executive. Eric then worked at CareFusion as a Customer Success Manager (HIT) from 2011 to 2014. Eric then joined TECSYS in 2014 as a Regional Vice President - Customer Success, where they were responsible for setting customers up for success and representing the value proposition for TECSYS's Software Solutions. Eric managed a large geographic territory across the US, Canada, and sections of Europe. In 2018, Eric joined Plex, by Rockwell Automation, where they held various roles including Sr. Customer Success Manager and currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success.

Eric Strong attended Michigan State University from 1994 to 2008. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering/Packaging/Material Handling. Additionally, from 1994 to 1998, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering.
