Heather Boros

Heather Boros, CSM, PMP, CCMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of PMO, Programs & Education Services at Plex, a Rockwell Automation company, since September 2018. In this role, Heather has established the vision, standards, and guidelines for Plex's Project & Program Management using Smartsheet, enhancing processes from pre-sales through sustainability while developing best practices and training materials for the Global Services Division. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager and Manager within the PMO and Program Operations, where Heather led large strategic programs and ensured effective collaboration during steering committee events. Additionally, Heather has a decade of experience at CEBOS, focusing on optimizing performance practices as Sr. Professional Services Operations Lead. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies from Baker College of Owosso.
