Jess Miller has extensive work experience in the technical support and customer service field. From January 2019 to October 2021, Jess worked at Plex Systems, Inc. where they initially served as a Technical Support Representative and later advanced to the role of Senior Technical Support Representative. Prior to this, Jess spent nearly a decade at Apple from August 2009 to January 2019, working as an Expert in the sales team. Alongside sales responsibilities, they also played a leadership role and provided mentorship to team members. Before joining Apple, Jess worked at Borders Books from March 2005 to August 2010 as an Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the cash office, overseeing inventory control, and performing minor IT tasks.
