Joshua Ray

Joshua Ray has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Senior Software Engineer at Plex, a company owned by Rockwell Automation since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Accuride Corporation, where they held various positions including Systems Engineer from January 2020 to March 2023, Systems Analyst II from July 2018 to January 2020, and Systems Analyst from November 2014 to July 2018. Before joining Accuride Corporation, Joshua worked as a Sales Associate at Walmart from April 2011 to November 2014. Joshua also gained experience as an IT Co-op at Accuride Corporation from September 2010 to May 2011.

Joshua Ray's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Henderson Community College. During this time, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) and Associate of Arts (AS) degree. In 2013, they transferred to the University of Southern Indiana, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Joshua completed their undergraduate studies in 2016.

After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Joshua furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Data Analytics at the University of Southern Indiana from 2018 to 2019.

Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2021 to 2023. Here, they are working towards a Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree with a focus on Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Joshua has also obtained a certification as an Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Inc. in May 2018.
