Julie Depoole

Julie DePoole has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and account management. Julie currently works as a Technical Account Manager at Plex Systems, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Sr. Technical Support Representative at Plex DemandCaster from November 2018 to July 2021. Before entering the technical support field, Julie worked at Ryder System, Inc. where they held various roles. Julie was an Implementations Manager from February 2013 to November 2018 and also completed a two-year, intensive rotational program as a Supply Chain Solutions Management Trainee from June 2011 to March 2013. During this rotational program, they gained knowledge and managerial experience across multiple accounts and industries within Ryder, focusing on engineering and continuous improvement in various supply chain services.

Julie DePoole completed their education at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a major in Logistics and an International Business Collateral. Prior to that, they attended Downingtown East High School from 2002 to 2007. In addition, Julie obtained the certification in Fundamentals of Safety Management from Ryder System, Inc. in October 2011.
