Karin Richner

Director Customer Success at Plex Systems

Karin Richner has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Karin currently holds the position of Director Customer Success at Plex, a company owned by Rockwell Automation, where they have been working since February 2022. Prior to this role, Karin served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Plex from December 2019 to February 2022. Karin also worked as a Technical Account Manager at Plex from May 2017 to December 2019.

Before joining Plex, Karin worked at GLT International as a Process & Training Development Manager from March 2014 to April 2017. Karin gained valuable experience at BBDO Detroit, where they held various roles including Account Manager - International Operations from 2005 to 2009, Account Manager - Mexico Training from 2003 to 2005, and Account Supervisor - International Training from 2000 to 2003.

Earlier in their career, Karin worked as an Account Manager at pmh Caramanning from 1997 to 1999. Karin also served as a Learning and Performance Services Executive at Caribiner Communications from 1996 to 1997, and as an Assistant Account Executive - International at Ross Roy Communications from 1994 to 1995.

In 1992, Karin had the opportunity to work at Euro Disney, Paris, France, where they served as a Supervisor of Guest Relations for a year.

Throughout their career, Karin Richner has held various leadership and management positions, demonstrating their expertise and ability to drive customer success and develop training programs.

Karin Richner completed their education in a chronological order. Karin first attended European School of Varese from 1974 to 1987, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate degree. Following that, they pursued their higher education at Kalamazoo College from 1987 to 1991. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Psychology - Organizational Behavior.

In addition to their formal education, Karin Richner obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in November 2018.
