Kate Reid has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kate started their career as a Documentation Control Intern at Conmed Corporation in 2012. Kate then worked as a Virtual Intern at UQ Marketing from September 2012 to April 2013. Following that, they interned at CONMED Corporation from June to August 2013.

In 2014, Kate joined KPMG as an Advisory Intern for a brief period from June to August. Kate then continued their journey at KPMG as an Advisory Associate from July 2015 to April 2017. During their time at KPMG, Kate gained valuable experience in advisory roles.

In 2017, Kate transitioned to Greenway Health, where they worked as a Business Analyst from April 2017 to August 2018. Kate then joined ConnectWise as a Business Analyst in the Customer Success department from August 2018 to February 2020.

Most recently, Kate has been working at Plex Systems, Inc. since February 2020. Kate initially held the position of Senior Operations Analyst in Customer Success & Services until April 2022 before being promoted to Operations Manager for the same department.

Throughout their career, Kate has honed their skills in business analysis, advisory, and customer success roles.

Kate Reid attended the University of Florida from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Operations Management. In August 2020, they received certification as a Gainsight Certified Administrator from Gainsight.
