Leslie Sears

Leslie Sears is Chief Financial Officer of Plex Systems. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, and procurement organizations.

Leslie has over three decades of experience in building and leading teams through process transformation aligning them with the company’s business strategy and vision. She has played a key role in the successful exit of four companies, both privately and publicly held, and brings extensive mergers and acquisitions experience to her role.

Prior to joining Plex, Leslie served as VP Controller with Eloqua, a leader in SaaS B2B marketing automation solutions, and in Global Controller roles at RCN and Gannett. Leslie has also been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the Virginia Board of Accountancy since 1995.

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Virginia.
