Lisa Alsop

Lisa Alsop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and enterprise resource planning (ERP) management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Plex, a Rockwell Automation Company, since September 2023, Lisa previously held the position of ERP Director at The Shyft Group from November 2021 to October 2023. Lisa's earlier roles include Business Systems Director at Auria and Global ERP Director at Inteva Products, where expertise in enterprise applications and technology adoption was demonstrated. Lisa's career began with a foundational role as a Trainer at SupplyTech, followed by significant positions at Visteon Corporation, where leadership in global IT operations and large-scale ERP implementations was showcased. Lisa holds dual MBA degrees from Michigan State University.
