Matthew Harrell

Matthew Harrell is a seasoned professional in network security, currently serving as a Network Security Architect at Plex, by Rockwell Automation, since October 1996. Initially holding the position of Chief Security Officer, Matthew transitioned to focus on technical skills due to the challenges of balancing the role with hands-on work. Matthew's extensive experience includes responsibilities in security policy formulation, training, and various aspects of network and firewall administration. Prior experience includes roles at GC Services as a Computer Operations Team Leader and Computer Operator. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from The University of Toledo.
