Michael Donovan has significant experience in sales and operations roles. From 2019 to the present, they have worked as a Senior Account Executive at Plex Systems, Inc., where they successfully drove sales for a cloud-based supply chain planning solution. In this role, they collaborated with marketing and business development representatives, generated opportunities independently, and networked with partners.

From 2015 to 2018, Donovan served as the Director of Sales and Operations at RHK Technology/Sonic Alert. During their time there, they digitally transformed the organization through ERP/CRM and e-Commerce strategy, modernized the go-to-market strategy, developed new innovative products, and managed the business by migrating unsupported ERP to Net Suite. From 2009 to 2011, Donovan worked as an Account Executive at Micro Focus, where they represented various enterprise software solutions and consulting services. Michael developed relationships with new and existing customers, presented software solution features and benefits, conducted technical discoveries and product demonstrations, and negotiated successful sales deals.

From 2004 to 2009, Donovan served as the Regional Sales Manager at Shaw Industries, where they led a team of 22 Territory Managers across 6 states. Michael implemented corporate marketing initiatives, prospected new clients, conducted meetings with key decision-makers, and negotiated buying agreements, pricing, financial terms, and advertising co-op programs.

Michael Donovan attended Central Michigan University from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Supply Chain and Sales Management.
