Ryan Malinich

Ryan Malinich has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan currently works at Plex, by Rockwell Automation as the Director of Professional Services, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of Professional Services at the same company from April 2018 to October 2022. Before moving into management, they worked as a Senior Delivery Consultant from January 2014 to April 2018, and as a Product Specialist, focusing on Planning and Scheduling, from August 2013 to January 2014.

Before joining Plex, Malinich worked at Brose Group as a Logistics Manager, where they successfully launched multiple production lines and managed supplier delivery issues. Finally, Malinich began their career at MascoTech Forming Technologies as a Master Scheduler and later became a Production Control Analyst, where they managed scheduling and vendor management responsibilities.
