Bernardo Ghazi

Bernardo Ghazi has extensive experience in the field of technology and web development. Bernardo began their career in 2000 at Archetype Comunicação e Design, where they worked as a Web Developer, Designer, and Copyright specialist until 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they worked at Spirit Comunicação as a Web Developer and Designer. In 2003, they joined Iter Comunicação in a similar role.

In 2004, Bernardo transitioned to Scrap, where they focused on Web Development and Design until 2017. This role allowed him to gain expertise in web development and design.

In 2018, Bernardo joined brbid.com as an Android Engineer, collaborating with a squad to maintain and improve a legacy app used by government agencies. Bernardo worked on this project until 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Bernardo worked at Globoplay as an Android Engineer. Here, they contributed to the maintenance and development of new features for the Globoplay Android and AndroidTv app. The team successfully migrated the app from Java to Kotlin.

In 2021, Bernardo joined Mercado Bitcoin as an Android Engineer. In this role, they maintained and developed the Mercado Bitcoin Android app, which allowed customers to buy and sell cryptocurrencies and other digital assets. Bernardo worked on this project until 2022.

Currently, Bernardo is working at Plex, Inc. as an Android Engineer.

Bernardo Ghazi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication - Advertising from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Prior to that, they completed their elementary, middle, and high school education at Colégio Santo Agostinho in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Additionally, they attended Cultura Inglesa for an unstated duration, without earning a degree or focusing on a specific field of study.
