Pär Schröder

Pär Schröder has over 30 years of professional experience in business development, sales, and management. Pär began their career in 1990 as a Regional Sales Manager at Skandia Leasing AB. In 1994, they became the Head of Sales and Marketing at Riksmedia. In 1998, they joined Nord Pool AS as VP Business Development & Green Energy Markets, VP Market & Development, Managing Director NPC Sweden, SVP Marketing & Sales, and Managing Director Nord Pool Sweden. In 2008, they became the Vice President & Head of Sales Europe & Russia at Echelon Corporation. In 2015, they founded Engrido Consulting AB, where they served as Founder & CEO. Pär also held the role of Director of EMEA Sales & Business Development at Gridco Systems. In 2016, they became the Regional Vice President EMEA at Trilliant. In 2020, they were the Regional Vice President Europe at envelio, and in 2021 they were the Regional Vice President Europe at mPrest. Pär is currently the Senior Business Developer at Plexigrid, a role they have held since 2022.

Pär Schröder received their High School degree from Hedbergska gymnasium in 1983-1984 and from Columbia Falls High in 1981-1982. Pär then attended Officer School, Befälsskolan KA, Coastal Artillery, where they earned the rank of Sergeant. Afterwards, they attended Uppsala University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics in 1986-2000. Finally, they attended the Stockholm School of Economics in 2004 for Executive Leadership.
