Edgar Gutierrez

Edgar Gutierrez has worked for four different companies since 2004. Edgar began their career as an Associate Project Scientist at the University of California at San Diego in 2004. Edgar then moved on to become the Chief Technology Officer at MuWells, Inc. in 2018. In 2019, they took on two roles, Flowcell Development Engineer at Omniome Inc. and Head of Technology Development at Plexium.

Edgar Gutierrez obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering - Biotechnology from the University of California, Los Angeles between 1992 and 1997. Edgar then went on to pursue a PhD in Bioengineering from UC San Diego, which they completed in 2004.
