Laura Mangrum, CFM, is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and zoning administration, with a career spanning from June 2005 to the present. As a Realtor/Broker since 2005 and a Notary since 2016, Laura has provided services through an independently owned mobile signing firm and has held positions as the Deputy Zoning Administrator and Certified Floodplain Manager in Lee County, IL. In these roles, Laura has been responsible for reviewing permits, conducting site visits, and managing floodplain regulations, including the development of a significant database.
