Eric Tallyen, BA, BSN, RN, is the Founder and Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Plexsum Staffing Solutions and the Owner and CEO of B.I. Health, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Having served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1989 to 1994 and in the Army National Guard until 2018 at the rank of Major, Eric has a strong military background. Eric's nursing career includes roles as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse and a Population Health Regional Manager at Geisinger, among others. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Aloysius College and an Associate of Arts in Photography and Graphic Design from the Pittsburgh Art Institute.
