Charles Hayworth, MBA, possesses extensive experience in defense and aerospace management, currently serving as C2ISR Site Manager at PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. since February 2021. Prior roles include HAF/A3TI Liaison to the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center at Huntington Ingalls Industries, LLC, focusing on the development of realistic training infrastructures.
