Matt Gudge has over 20 years of work experience. Matt began their career in 1996 at the Oregon Air National Guard, where they held the position of Aerospace Ground Equipment Superintendent for 20 years. In 2004, they transitioned to PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc., where they started as a Software Engineer and worked their way up to Software Engineering Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Director of Engineering, and in 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated effective leadership, implemented continuous quality improvement processes, and promoted feedback opportunities for staff.
Matt Gudge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Oregon University from 1997 to 2001.
