Deepinder Singh

Deepinder Singh has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Deepinder is currently working at Plexure as an Engineering Manager since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at illion as a Software Development Manager from May 2021 to December 2022. At illion, they delivered a heavily regulated cloud solution and centralized technology from a decentralized architecture.

Before joining illion, Deepinder worked at ReadyTech as a DevOps Manager from December 2020 to May 2021, where they managed multiple software development teams and focused on building highly engaged teams. Deepinder also served as a Development Manager at ReadyTech from August 2019 to December 2020, where they managed a technology team involved in maintaining and enhancing core workforce offerings.

Deepinder has also worked at LexisNexis as a Manager Software Engineering from October 2017 to June 2018, where they managed multiple teams of Software Engineers and implemented BDD and Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery. Prior to that, they co-founded Refter Internet Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2016, where they focused on building a platform for professional reputation building and job posting.

Additionally, Deepinder has experience as a Solutions Architect at PETRONAS ICT Sdn Bhd in 2015, where they planned and developed solutions for the Petronas group of companies. Deepinder also worked at LexisNexis Malaysia (later Asia Pacific) from October 2009 to April 2015, where they held roles as a Team Lead and Sr. Analyst Developer, involved in developing enterprise applications and providing technical support.

Early in their career, Deepinder worked at Datamatics Global Services as a Senior Consultant from December 2006 to October 2009, where they implemented automation and upgraded existing software. Deepinder also served as a Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer at Datamatics from December 2004 to December 2006, focusing on analysis, design, development, and testing.

Deepinder's career began at LexisNexis US as an Onsite Consultant from February 2007 to August 2008, where they coordinated between onsite and offshore teams and implemented the migration of old scripts to Perl and XML.

Deepinder Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University from 2000 to 2004. Deepinder then pursued a Post Grad Diploma with distinction in Cyber Security from The University of Waikato from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to stress management, agile methodology, communication skills, VoIP and unified communications, threat modeling, Kubernetes, DevOps, software development, and project management between 2013 and 2022.
