Safia Malawiya

Safia Malawiya is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior People and Culture Advisor at Plexure since May 2022, Safia previously contributed to PepsiCo in various capacities, including Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Advisor and HR Administrator, from February 2018 to May 2022. Prior contract work as an HR Administrator at Oji Fibre Solutions was completed in early 2018. Safia also gained valuable experience as an Office Assistant at Avondale College Auckland and held an HR Administrator role at Oji Fibre Solutions during an academic placement. Safia holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Employment Relations and Economics from Auckland University of Technology, completed between 2015 and 2017.
