Will Hunt

Will Hunt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Will is currently working as the Head of Product at Plexure since January 2023, where they are responsible for overseeing product development. Prior to this, they served as the Product Lead - Data and Foundation at Plexure from February 2022 to January 2023, and as a Product Manager Analytics & AI from June 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Plexure, Will worked at Vend as a Senior Product Manager from April 2019 to June 2020, where they played a key role in product management.

Will also gained significant experience at Davanti Consulting from July 2015 to June 2019, where they held the position of Senior Manager. Their role involved assisting clients in defining and delivering omni-channel experiences, including designing the experience, outlining roadmaps, and coaching delivery.

Prior to that, Will worked at Fiserv Auckland (M-Com) as a Product Owner from November 2013 to July 2015, leading Agile SCRUM teams in the delivery of mobile banking apps. Will gained valuable experience in scaling Agile SCRUM across multiple teams.

Will's work experience also includes working at Fonterra as a Senior Business Analyst from January 2011 to August 2013. During their time there, they contributed to projects related to optimizing sales promotions and digitizing production and distribution processes.

At Actica Consulting Ltd, Will held the positions of Principal Consultant from September 2007 to December 2010 and Senior Consultant from April 2005 to August 2007. Will was involved in various projects, including outlining communication program for UK military, assessing risks of digitizing elections, and reviewing service delivery models for a government department.

Will's early work experience includes working at BAE SYSTEMS as a Project Manager from January 2004 to March 2005, where they were involved in designing and implementing digital solutions for contracts. Will also worked as an eCollaboration Product Manager at EXOSTAR from September 2002 to December 2003, leading a team to launch a secure e-collaboration service.

Will started their career at BAE SYSTEMS as a Business Architect from May 2001 to August 2002 and as a Graduate Trainee from August 1999 to April 2001.

Will Hunt earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical & Environmental Process Engineering from The University of Sheffield from 1996 to 1999. In 2007, they completed a program called Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) - Advanced Practitioner from the UK Office of Government Commerce. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Auckland.
